Coming Soon: Second Step SEL for Adults Resilience Module

We know there’s no guidebook for navigating the transition back to school after a global crisis. But we do know that supporting staff and students in coping with and recovering from the stress and trauma of the COVID-19 pandemic is essential. That’s why we’re providing access to a field-test prototype of our SEL for Adults (SELA) Resilience Module, available at the end of August and free through December 31, 2020.

Designed to guide school communities in responding to events that cause extreme stress, our module will help teachers and school leaders strengthen their own resilience as well as recognize the signs of students in need of mental health supports. Three units cover understanding post-traumatic stress, identifying your place in the recovery process, self-care strategies, connecting with and supporting others, and student care, all in service of supporting the adults in your school.

Sign up below to receive additional information on the field-test opportunity and other updates on our upcoming SELA Resilience Module.
